STEK DYNOblack is an opaque, gloss black ppf film which is typically used for roof wraps to give the vehicle a more sporty look. In the past, people have used vinyl roof wraps to achieve the same look. But the problem with gloss vinyl wraps are that they can be scratched more easily than regular paint. With a gloss black ppf, you get added depth, like regular paint, plus the self-healing benefits of PPF, which means no scratches.

STEK DYNOshades ppf is used for tinted headlight/taillight applications. As mentioned above, the same look can be achieved with a cheaper vinyl type product, however tinted PPF provide a nicer surface finish, plus self-healing properties, as well as rock chip protection.
